Photoshop CS6 upgrade won't let me sign in.

Photoshop CS6 upgrade won't let me sign in.  When it's getting ready to download, after I put in my seriel number it asks me to sign in however when I push the button I get a window that says "Adobe Application Manager has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.  Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." and makes me close the program.

Try to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.
