Why does my Adobe flash player crash constantly while I am online playing games such as Cityville and Coasterville?

1. remove the player: 

win: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

mac: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html

2. manually download and install:  http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
