Unable to download Lightroom Trial

I have turned off pop-up blockers in both IE and Chrome and when I click the Download box, nothing happens. I use Win 7, IE9, and latest version of Chrome, whatever that is.

Have you checked in any other browser like Firefox etc ?

I would suggest restart the computer and have IE or Chrome to default settings and then check.

Per your suggestion I restarted and then tried IE.  Nothing.  Then I restarted again and tried Chrome.  Nothing.  But I tried the Downloads folder just to see if it was there.  It was there, so I clicked it, and it started loading and loading and loading.  After an hour I gave up.  I went back to Downloads later and it is no longer there.

So I give up.

It is likely that if you are still facing the same difficulty with multiple browsers that your security software is interfering with you being able to initiate the download process.  It appears you are using a version of Windows.  Can you please also try downloading Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4.0.3 from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=113&platform=Windows.  The update contains the full installer for the program.

Per your suggestion, I went to the link you provided and clicked version 4.3, and it worked like a charm. It took only 15 minutes to download, extract, and install.  Not bad.  Many thanks.
