Downloding a flash CS6 upgrade

Downloding a flash CS6 upgrade, not working, anybody had same problem? When enter the serial # it says that to use this serial number you must own one of the the qualifying products, when I enter the serial # for the qualifying product it says "This serial # is not for a qualifying product. Please try another"

I tried solving this issue in my own with no results, help!

which upgrade did you purchase?  what qualifiying product do you own?

I purchased Adobe Flash CS6, I own Adobe Flash CS5.5, it is part of the Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium

it's expecting the serial number for flash cs5.5, not design premium cs5.5
