I received the email from your company about the claim for the Adobe Licensing Product Upgrade. I have log-in to the webpage with the coupon no. and find the coupon is already being deleted.

Please help to check if the coupon is deleted or we are not entitled to have this upgrade.

     My understanding is that you are referring to the claiming for the free upgrade in Volume Licensing purchase. Usually the coupon code will be active only for 180 days from the date of email sent to you. If the email is sent within 180 days, then as Nikhil suggested above, please contact Adobe Support.

You can either contact over chat or phone, but Chat is very good.
