Can't install TCS4 on two different XP SP3 systems

I can't install the TCS4 trial version on two different XP SP3 systems. Adobe has no solution to this problem. The Installer says "System Requirements" as error message after selection of the different applications. Then I get the link to the Adobe TCS homepage. Any idea?

Have you read my sentence "Adobe has no solution to this problem" ? 😉 I'm in contact with Adobe. I have an open support issue since the 8th Feb.

Hope dies last. I can't evaluate without installing. 😉 The second system was a fresh one. No Adobe products beside Acrobat Reader.

I'd strip Reader off - having Acrobat Pro & Reader together isn't recommended
