Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 and Premiere Elements 11 Downloading

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 and Premiere Elements 11 online.  I have Windows 8 and I can't get it to download.  It starts then it says, "Paused" - why?

Are you able to cancel and reinitiate the download?

I tried 5 times but each time it said "Suspended"   What do I do?

I tried to search for the program files on my computer but they didn't show.

Are you in the Adobe Download Assistant?  You should be able to click on the cancel button next to the download button if so.
