Hey Guys (I'm new so sorry if I do anything wrong here),
I just installed Windows 8, and while it was very confusing I accidently deleted all of my programmes (I got confused with what the Reset Tab was) and when I went to go and install Photoshop Trial, it's telling me I need to update Adobe AIR because It's not available to my system.
I've installed it before, the only change was from Windows 7 to Windows 8, and I've seen other people with Windows 8 use Photoshop CS5? Please Help!?

ran into the same problem...to resolve, simply download "Adobe Air Installer" directly (google search > first link). Then download cs5 suite or individual program and should work.

You're saying you had trouble with the Windows 8 installation, and that's causing ongoing problems?
Did you make a System Image backup of your Windows 7 system before installing Windows 8? Please say you did. It's really not a good idea to install a beta version of a new operating system without a safety net.
Only thing I can think of, if you're not able to restore your prior system and start over, is to use the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool to remove all traces of Adobe software...

No No, Sorry aha I installed Windows 8, which was fine. I didnt like it much so I tried doing a system restore assuming I could just go back to Windows 7 (What my friend told me). I found out eventually I couldnt obviously, but before I found out I figured the "Reset Your PC" option would be like a system restore and would go back to Windows 7. All my Programmes got deleted, which I was fine about so I just went to go install them again but Photoshop is telling me I cant install it due to not having the system requirements. But the only requirement I believe I dont have is Windows 7, but like I said before... I've seen others with Windows 8 having Photoshop..
A system Image Backup, nope.. I dont. My friend told me that it was just a trial and I would go back to Windows 7 once the trial is up. (I should do my own research in future)
I hope this was clear enough, again it's pretty late and I'm just stressed over loosing everything. Thank you for getting back to me so soon also - Any other tips on how to maybe get it? I dont think I have any traces of Adobe left since all my programmes got deleted, the only other thing I have is Adobe Flash.

Did you try running the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool I suggested? Then reinstall Photoshop.

I have, hopefully I'm doing it correctly which I assume I am.
I go through all the details such as Language and If I agree with the Terms & Conditions. I get a list of options,
1. CS3, CS5
2. CS5-CS5.5
3. Adobe Flash Player 10.2
4. Quit
When I selected CS5, it says there is no session to delete.

I can only guess the "Reset" operation removed something Adobe AIR (which assumedly was installed on your system before the Reset) needs. That "Refresh/Reset" functionality is new to Windows 8 and I'm sorry to say I don't know how it works yet.
Do you have Adobe AIR in your Programs and Features list? If it is perhaps it would be as simple as just running a "Repair" install on it, specifically, or just removing it from there.

Also, Check in the C Drive there should be a folder below the "windows" folder named "old.windows" All of your old program files should be there.
