Indesign fails to start

part way through the initial graphic that pops up on the desktop Indesign just fails and will not get the interface up it asks if I want to shut it down or look online for a solution. What can I do, I cannot see a way to download it again or fix the issue and need to use this software as I paid for it as part of the design and web package?

Its CS6 but was part of the entire wed and design suite and I cannot see where I can download from? I went to my purchases to see if this was an option but it just shows what I have downloaded not an option to download again? Thanks for any help you can offer

if you're not using macbook pro and assuming all your other cs6 products work, do you see an error message?
