Hello! I have purchased and activated Adobe Photoshop Elements on my old computer, which is now broken. This means that I can not use Photoshop on my new computer because I first have to disable the old version, which I can not do this when my old computer is broken. How do I do to use photoshop again?

Normally the software will allow you to activate on up to two computers. If you've already done so and cannot activate again you'll need to contact customer support.  Chat with them by going to http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?product=photoshop-elements&topic=activating-my-product-or-serial... and clicking on 'I Still Need Help'
