Counterfeit program

Get message that program is counterfeit when I try to download the upgrade to CS6 I just puchased from Adobe online.

you downloaded the cs6 upgrade from adobe.com and when you try and install it, it is reporting that your older version is counterfeit?

was your older version downloaded from adobe, too?

if yes, check j waller's link.  if no, you could still hope for the best and check that link.
