After Effects CS Installation stops

When I was installing AE CS6, it will ever stops at the same point "Adobe Help". There is no difference between installing from Original DVD or from the Download-File with Adobe Application Manager. I was signed in with my Adobe-ID. Nothing helps. My system is WIN8 64bit. Can you help me?

Unistall the Adobe Help Manager from control panel and then try to install After Effects it should get install

Thank you for your fast answer. But I cannot find any entry in the control panel like Adobe Help Manager. How can I uninstall this program?
