Not installed but saying up to date

Hi, one of the programs (Illustrator) may have been interupted during download/installation.

In grey it is saying 'up to date' yet it is not installed on the machine.

There's therefore nothing for me to uninstall and start again and indeed no option (being the 'up to date' message is greyed out and unclickable) to reinstall.

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,

Please follow these steps to fix this issue.

Please rename Caps folder from this location and relaunch AAM. It should give you option to Install all the Applications.

Windows

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

Mac

Library/Application Support/Adobe/

Please let me know if it helps you or not.
