error downloading LR 4.4

Whilst downloading latest LR 4.4 I get error message 'a problem occurred while creating the destination folder. Please check the folder permissions or try a differrent folder'. I have all permissions and tried different folders, any help please.

you are unable to download lr4.4 and you're trying to dl from here (win): http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5567 or here (mac): http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=5566?

or, you are unable to extract the files or, install the program?

Thank you 1. kglad. I can download but when the  Folder Location tells me where to install and I click next, that is when I get the error message. I am the Administrator but it tells me I don't have permission.

right click the installer and click "run as administrator".

I tried right clicking the installer as you said but didn't get the option to "open as administrator" the window just closed.

it's "run as administrator" but if you don't see that

what file type is your installer?
