I am having enormous trouble downloading Acrobat XI.  I am a user of Creative Cloud,  I click download, AAM starts up and Acrobat is not even listed as a product and nothing downloads?  I have tryed going to the direct downloads but the product will not accept my serial number as valid?  I have had trouble with this type of problem in the past and it seems like Adobe deliberately makes downloading a product un-necessarily difficult.  Why Is it so hard to pry a program that I paid for from Adobe.  I have NEVER had so much trouble getting a product downloaded from ANYBODY as I have with Adobe.  Come on folks make it easier!  AAM is a complete disaster.

PLEASE HELP ME GET A COPY OF ACROBAT XI DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED ON MY COMPUTER.
