Difficulty downloading apps from Creative Cloud

I am attempting to download the Muse application from a new Team package (xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx {Personal Information Removed}) and i have another existing personal muse only account in my name, but it will not let me. how can i resolve?

dannynhscreative,  You can follow the following steps :

Goto - http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4773 and download the Latest AAM (If you are using mac, then http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4774)

Login with your AdobeID and Password, and then try to install, Still face a problem, let us know, I Sent you PM, simply reply to that with your Email and Phone number.
