I am reformatting a computer.  Its was purchased thfrough Dell with Adobe X pre-installed.  I have a serial number card, but no media CD to install it from.  How do I download this?  It does not show up in the "my orders" section on this site since it was just a pre-installed software.  Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Jon103058 please contact Dell then as they have sold Acrobat X Standard to you as part of your bundle.  From previous discussions other Users have been able to locate a copy of the Acrobat Standard installation files from https://smartsource.dell.com.  Please see http://forums.adobe.com/message/4612772#4612772 for additional information.

It seems to work as described, but only for Adobe X PRO.  I have Adobe X Standard, and it does not recognize my serial number when I download the pro version.

Elsewhere on the site it shows you adobe X, and you click to download it, and it automaticaly pulls up Adobe XI, not Adobe X.

Seems like it should be easier than this to download software that I already paid for

I was able to download it from the dell site after all.  Seems to have worked fine.  I burned all the install files to a CD in case I ever have to reformat again.
