I have just tried to use our CS3 Photoshop and a message of "licensing for this product has stopped working. - Uninstall and re-install to fix." How can we deactivate the install ? - its worked fine for years, what's caused the problem? RW

To deactivate the installation (which you might not need to do) you will need to contact Adobe Support directly by chat or via phone.

As far as the failing goes, it appears to just happen at some point in the lifetime of the product. It happened to me a few years ago and it was not a simple fix to get it working again since I had to search around to see if anyone had any info about repairing it. I can offer a couple of links, the first which was key in getting me back up and running...
