Setup with problem and the Support Advisor too

I was installing the Master collection 6.. but four seconds before I clickd to install, i realised i didnt need one aplication. I tried to cancel it but it was freezed and then I had to close that window.
Next time I tried to instal it warm me that there's a problem and I should Install the Adobe Support Advisor to fix it.
Okay, DOwnload it, installd it and when I tried to open it, nothing, just blanket window
