We recently converted some help systems from a long obsolete version of RoboHelp to RH 9, and now the drop-down hotspots no longer work in our Webhelp output.  The hotspots only work in the RH application environment.  Does anyone have a suggestion as to what we should try?

Hi there

From RoboHelp, try clicking Tools > Update DHTML Effects in Topics.

Re-generate and see if that fixes it!

Cheers... Rick

Hi, VTechWriter and welcome to the forums.

You might try to use this command:
Tools > Update DHTML Effects in Topics

You may find this corrects the problem.

Also you will want to install any updates for RoboHelp 9:
