Trying to use a trial version of Indesign

I downloaded a trial of indesign cs6 which is not very helpful as I can't even use it. I tried to download the updates to try out the digital publishing features and I get an error saying server is not responding or firewall. I've looked a firewall issues and I don't think it is this. Any other suggestions as bit disappointed I won't even be able to trial it.

Try using a different browser for the updates if the updates are what is failing for you.  If the installation itself is not working, it is possible your machine is not compatible with the application
