I cannot update my creative cloud connection

I cannot update my creative cloud connection. I'm getting error # U44M1I208. I'm using MAC OSX Mountin lion 10.8.3.

The download for the update you are trying to apply has become corrupted.  Please try again if the error persists then I would recommend using an alternate Internet connection.

How can I use an alternate connection?!? There is no probem with my connection.

Kuwait if you are using a wireless connection please try a wired connection.  If you are already on a wired connection then you would want to try a different Internet provider to see if your difficulties persist.
