How do I transfer Elements 7 from my old computer to my new one? I do not have the disc or the box.

I don't think Elements 7 is available anywhere as a download, and there is every chance it will not be compatible with a new computer anyways. You will need to either find the disc and try the install with it or purchase the latest version.
