I purchased Adobe Photoshop 10 and Elements 10 in 2011 and downloaded both with the assistance of someone there on chat. The Akaimai Download Manager was too difficult to navigate myself. Shortly after March this year my hard drive began to have issues. I have since purchased a new hard drive and would like to continue using the products mentioned here, however upon downloading them again I am unable to as the key is not recognized.

and activate with your serial.

if you have a problem dl'g, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  the most common error involves failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3.
