No idea. From your screenshot we can only conclude that you're on Windows 8, but beyond that we have no details. Could be a network configuration error, so check your setup on that end.

Please delete the "opm.db" file found in: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

Then try to Launch AAM and check.

Hey,

I did try to remove the file (opm.db) from the above mentioned location and

tried again, but am still facing the same issue.

Please let me know if I can try something else. I really need to get the

trial version of Adobe Dream Weaver. Is their any other way of downloading

it apart from AAM.

Do let me know your thoughts on the same.

Between thanks for your response I really appreciate your help.

Deves0506 it appears you are facing a download error.  Please review the steps listed in Sign in or activation errors | CS6, CS5.5 Subscriptions, CS6 Perpetual - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html as it is likely these steps will still be relevant to your current difficulties.

Also if you are on a managed network please make sure to work with your I.T. department to ensure the Adobe Application Manager is being allowed to download the installation files over the network.

Hey,

I have tested my networking settings, everything is working fine. Further I

am using a private network as it is my home connection.

In case their are some settings in order to allow access to Adobe

application manager do let me know.

I am still not able to start the AAM.

I appreciate your response and the fact that you took out some time to

address my issue, but unfortunately the issue is yet not resolved.

Do let me know in case their are some other suggestions.

Also is their any other way to download Adobe Dreamweaver, as that is what

I am actually looking for..?

Devesh0506 you can download Dreamweaver CS6 by following the directions listed at http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369.

You will want to resolve the difficulties you are facing downloading through the Adobe Download Assistant though.  You will need this to function in order to download updates and future versions of Dreamweaver if you are a Creative Cloud subscriber.

I would recommend working with our support team so they can review your download logs.  You can contact our chat support at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6.
