FM 11 freezing/crashing when using Ctrl+L (refresh)

Hi everyone,

when I try to use the shortcut Ctrl+L in order to refresh the document display, FM 11 always freezes and sooner or later it crashes completely.

Using Window > Refresh does not cause any problems.

Anyone else got this issue?

Thanks!

Best wishes from Germany

I found the problem:

It was a FrameScript which had been loaded on start-up and used the same shortcut. I changed the shortcut for the script and now I can refresh with Ctrl+L.

Thanks for your help, though!

Nope, I’ve not had that issue – are you running in structured or unstructured mode? Does it occur if you try a lorsum doc made with one of the factory templates?
