Cannot download trial

OK. I am interested in premier (standard), but since it does not seam to have a forum I hope to ask this here.

I try to instal a trial version of the Elements premier, but it stops to the download assistance after I have given the mail address and passwor. No warnings issued just stops there. Any Ideas?

You may have tried to download it during a heavy traffic period.

You don't say where you're at or how stable your internet connection is, but it will work.

Along with the answers to Steve's questions, what browser are you using?

What are the security settings of that browser?

Are you also running anti-virus, or anti-malware software, during the download?

Internet connection: ADSL

Browser: Google Chrome

OS: Windows 7 Home premium, 64 bit, Service Pack 1

PC: HP Pavilion 96, windows classification 4,6

Virusprotection: F-secure. Yes it was on.

Every time I try to download the trial I am asked to downloas the Adope download assistant again and again. Once done the process stops without any messages. All I could do is to choose products said I might be interested as Photoshop and Dreamweaver etc.

I have previously downloaded PSE 11 and lightroom 4 and they have worked just fine.
