What does the crash report say? We especially need to know the name of the faulting module.

Unfortunately there is no crash report.
PS CC opens for perhaps 10 seconds and then closes as though it has never opened.
I could uninstall and reinstall but PS CC doesnt open long enough for me to deactivate.

Actually I think you are resonably close to the answer. I think it has something to do with signing into the Adobe Cloud. The solution I think is...
1. Launch Adobe Creative Cloud
2. Go to Preferences and then signout
3. Relaunch Photoshop and resigning using same Adobe ID.
Anyway this worked for me and I had already tried rebooting once.

No this didn't work.
I discovered this on my Dell M6700:
run using the Quadro K4000m it crashes directly after start-up
run using the integrated graphics it runs fine
I've never seen a similiar issue ever before and the rest of the CC suite runs fine.
All drivers up to date.
So is this a Photoshop CC + Quadro K4000M issue?

Photoshop CC runs just fine with NVidia graphics cards.
You may have a problem with your driver, or your specific card -- but many other users are running Photoshop CC with NVidia GPUs and zero problems.

If you have 2 different GPUs installed, you may run into problems with the drivers not cooperating correctly, or with "automatic GPU switching" causing problems (it should be disabled for applications that actually use the GPU).

But I need the Nvidia board performance. The integrated not perform as well as the Nvidia. Photoshop is a problem or Nvidia then? Yesterday install the latest version of the driver and photoshop now detect it, but when I create a new document only see the layers in the panel, but in the document window, no nothing. I can only see the contents of the document if drag the window out of photoshop. But when I release the window disappears document content.
Sorry for my English

Have you tried disabling the integrated GPU (usually a BIOS option)?

No, I will try it and then tell you. With PS Cs6 had no problems.

Yeah with CS6 there was no problems.
I tried to disable the integrated graphics. Nothing changed. Crash on launch.
The nVidia driver is the latest 320.49 WHQL
