lightroom 5 upgrade download error

I just purchased a lightroom 5 upgrade from the adobe website.  When I click download, it says I'm running pre-IE 4 and need to upgrade my browser.  But Im running windows 7 with IE10 according to MS.

The Adobe download manager seems to confuse IE10 for IE1 and thinks IE10 is out of date.

You can either use Compatibility View in  IE10 and switch to IE9.

Or use a different browser ro download.
