An instance of an Adobe Media Server application can have multiple live streams within it, and you can have multiple instances of your application running within Adobe Media Server.

Streams are identified by names, different name means different stream.

When you publish a stream, you choose a name. In the following example, the name chosen was "lecture" but it can be anything.
