Hi birdman2g4,
Are you referring to Adobe Flash Player.
Also let me know which tablet are you using and the OS used - Android OS, Windows or Apple iOS ?
ANDROID
Flash Player for Android is no longer available. For more information, see here:
http://blogs.adobe.com/flashplayer/2012/06/flash-player-and-android-up date.html
Android users can still download and install Flash Player from the Archived Flash Player Versions page on the Adobe website.
Please refer : http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1061194
Please see this page for a list of all certified devices:Flash Player Certified Devices
You can refer this link for archived Flash player versions : http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions. html
WINDOWS
If you are using Windows 8, Flash Player is now embedded into the operating system for Internet Explorer so there is no need to manually install. Updates will automatically be made available through the built in Windows Update system( http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/windows-update#1TC=t1 ).

APPLE iOS
You can't, flash is not supported on the iPad - and as Adobe have announced that they are stopping development on all mobile versions of it, it probably never will be.
You can use different plugins and softwares instead of flash player like:
Apps that can display some Flash from the Web:
1. Puffin
2. SkyFire
3. Photon Flash
4. Browse2Go
5. Swifter
There are some workarounds.
