Hardware acceleration (Flash & Firefox) and Protected mode enabled.
I had to run this overnight to hit the hang, but I did see one with Flash Player 11.8.800.94 when I came back in this morning. I kept an eye on it for a couple hours without hitting it, but I'm not sure how long it actually took. In my scenario, Firefox was non-responsive and I did not see a crashed plug-in indicator. A couple of these are on my radar. The others are really corrupted, but look like they're related to IPC code. We backed out some IPC changes that were introduced in 11.8.800.88 after observing fallout -- I think that's what you're seeing here. The 11.8 GMC build should hopefully resolve these. It's definitely something we're watching closely at the moment.

Because of the intermittent nature of the issue, it's going to be very slow to debug.
