How to solve my problem (can't print to Adobe PDF) instead im using save as option.

Please anyone here can solve the issue that i encountered, i can't print to PDF the any word file instead im going to press the save as option and select the PDF as file type.

Did you install the latest version of Acrobat 9 ?

Is it happening with All the files ?

Is it happening with any other Application ?

Is there any error message which you're getting ....

Did you install the latest version of Acrobat 9 ? yes

Is it happening with All the files ? probably yes

Is it happening with any other Application ? to all office application

Is there any error message which you're getting ....it will process long time and stop until will promt the not responding message.

Is it happening with any other Application ? i tried the office application but no luck
