Is anyone using Operator Assisted or Event Plus calling with InterCall (Inter Call) integration as part of the Adobe Connect Service?
We will be using Adobe Connect as our new webcast platform and we are trying to figure out the workflow for integration with our audio bridge vendor, InterCall. Is anyone else using multiple seperate Conference ID's per month (about 100) with the same dial in numbers and integrating with Adobe?
It is looking like we would need to build a new audio profile for each new Operator assisted conference call because they contain unique conference ID's.
