Photoshop will not launch - Application Manager Crahses

I have a CC subscription and when I try to open photoshop I get the Adobe Application Manager bouncing on the dock and nothing happens. I cannot launch the Creative Cloud app. Anyone know how to get it working? I need to get work done!

Premiere opens fine, but I haven't opened Photoshop since updating it and I think it need to authenticate...

Jbelzeradams what version of Mac OS are you using?  Have you tried uninstalling the Adobe Creative Cloud application using the uninstaller in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers folder?
