even though downloading adobe means you agree with the end user agreement, my mac cant see downloads

I have a mac.  I attempt to see downloads, it says i cant because i didn't agree to end user agreement.  Yet when I download adobe it says that is my acknowledgement?  Any ideas

You really need to tell us what you are trying to do.  Adobe is a company with literally hundreds of software products; each has a distinct name.

In case you mean Adobe Reader, you need to open the Adobe Reader application by itself (not in the browser), then agree to the EULA.
