How can I install Photoshop Elements? I get error 0x80070BC9 every time I try to install in Win 8.

Every time I try to install Elements I get the error indicated. Thenh the intall program backs out the install. Any help you can give would be appreciated. I am running WIN 8 with all updates applied.

Hi,

After mucking about with some things, I found the problem was with the install of Net Framework. I had to re-register some things, and recovered the Net Framework. Then Elements 10 installed correctly. Thanks so much for your responses. They also were a help.
