I requested a platform swap on previously purchased product (Photoshop CS6) on 8-21-13.  Was told it would take 2 days and I'm still waiting.  Anyone know how to speed up this process?

Mylenium -- OK, I will try the trial version, but which platform is it - Windows or Mac?

Mandeep5062 -- I've contacted Adobe twice in the past week (8-21-13 & 8-23-13) and have an open support case which indicates "pending response from Adobe".

Thanks for your responses.
