I just tried to update the Adobe application manager and it's not working.  Get this message:  "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with the installlation process (Error Code A12E1).

Does anybody know how to fix this?  I'm on a Macbook Pro Mountain Lion OSX 10.8.4.

Thanks!

Strange.  Before I tried to do what you suggested in your link, I tried once again to shut my computer down, restart it and then click on the application manager to update and it worked this time.  So odd considering I tried this earlier!
