I have followed all three solutions posted on http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/unknown-server-error-launching-cc.html and the problem still persists. Some users mentioned about it may be caused by failing to pay for subscription. And my credit card was expiring last month. However I updated my account by the end of last month. Please help.

You will have to provide system information and otehr details. Probably a local networking issue...
