HELP PLEASE

I downloaded AE CS6 trial yeterday through creative cloud, it wasnt working correctly so i deleted it and empt'd my trash bin, then today i bough full version, but when i go to creative cloud to download it says its up to date. anyone know what to do? I HAVE A MAC

Hi Smithrod4869,

By deleting the Software folder or moving into trash will not uninstall the Adobe software.

Please follow the given steps to uninstall the software completly from your computer.

Click on Go Menu Select Utilities Find Adobe Installers folder.

Inside Adobe Installers folder you will get After Effect uninstaller Double click the uninstaller and uninstall it completly.

After Uninstalling try to install it again using CC Desktop application.
