Robohelp menu banner not working

Hello RH  for Word stalwarts!

This is for RoboHelp 9 and 10, Generating WinHelp 2000, Word 2007

The RH banner menu at the top of the screen has stopped working as of a couple of weeks back

RH Banner.jpg

Any item selected from here does nothing, then when the cursor is put back on the Word, Word crashes

That means I have to insert graphics, mid-topics and other useful stuff manually

That's quite annoying so if there any ideas, I'd be happy to hear them

Thanks

(I inadvertently posted this first in the general discussion group)

Not one I have seen reported before David. Wondering about Word updates that have been installed or simply reinstalling Rh.

BTW Did you get my email about a week back? If not, please check spam and let me know if it did end up there. I will resend from another address.

Hi all

I notice the title bar says "Compatibility mode". Haven't used RoboHelp for Word myself since the last century, but wondering if that might have something to do with it?

Cheers... Rick

Regrettably, that wasn't the cause - but thanks for the suggestion Rick

Have you checked your macro settings in Word's Trust Centre?
