With html5 development, I feel as3 drawing api needs to continue to improve,

for example, css3 border style, dotted, dash，and the four sides can be set,

I thought six years flex developer,I really like as3 ，

If I understand the suggestion, you're asking for more CSS-like drawing API with border types, etc?

If so, then I respectfully disagree.  I love Flash's clean, low-level vector drawing API, and I hate Hate HATE CSS's "keyword salad".  Just invent a new keyword, like "border-left: fairy-dust" and do something magical with it.

Just my opinion.    You can always create an abstraction on top of the drawing API if you want to.

The best way to get a feature into Flash Player is to file a Feature Request, here: http://bugbase.adobe.com/

The product management team on the Flash Runtime reviews all feature requests and prioritizes them by the number of votes recieved from the community.  Other factors also weigh in -- like our ability to actually implement the feature across all supported platforms, the amount of engineering investment involved, etc -- but we do our best to build a great product for the Flash community.
