We see there is a logic in your actionscript of http://www.unrealengine.com/flash like (MajorVersion >= 11) && (MinorVersion >= 2) which lead the failure when flash version bump to 12.0.0.x.

Could you please help to update your media to see if the issue gone? Thanks!

Hi, because it is not my code I have send EpicGames an email on wednesday, but until yet I got no response.

But I see now that they have removed the flash based version and created an redirect to the HTML5 version.

The bug 3670329 is not public visible. You can close it, because the code was removed.
