Robohelp CHM file

Hi Friends,

Can anyone suggest me the solution for the below:

Whenever I try to open the chm file, my system prompts to save the file(output file).

Hi there

Sorry, but more information is needed. For example, exactly how are you attempting to open the CHM? Are you clicking the View Result button from RoboHelp after it has been compiled? Are you seeing it when it's linked to your application and help is opened? Are you seeing it when clicking somewhere else?

Where exactly is the CHM file when you are trying to open it?

Thanks for the reply, Rick.

How i try to open and when i face the problem is mentioend in the below stesp:

1) First, I will complete generating the output file and save it on the desktop.

2) Double-click the help, to read the content.

3) Now, I am able to read the content.

Next

4) If I move the chm file to other location (Within my system) then unable to read the content.

Please let me know, if any more information is required.
