Trying to download Premiere it opens blank window no download

I have tried from all browsers to download Premiere its opens a blank window creative cloud symbol but that's it nothing downloads

This is a user to user forum, not Adobe support... you need Adobe for download issues

1st... does your computer AT LEAST meet the minimum requirements?

2nd, contact Adobe
