I am having second time installing peroblem with my Photoshop and illustrator programs. The coupon code is not working

Makara2392 please check your account for a serial number for Photoshop and Illustrator.  The coupon/redemption code is only used to allow you to obtain a serial number.  Since this is your second installation you have already completed that process successfully in the past.
