Moving from Mac to PC. Can I install CS6 Production Premium on my new PC?

I'm building a new PC and have a copy of CS6 Production Premium (Student and Teacher Liscensing) on my Mac at the moment. 

My question is, will I be able to use it on my PC? Do I have to deactivate the Mac version first? Or am I S.O.L?

I hope this qustion makes sense. Any information you could provide would be much appreciated.
