Hello,
We have an updated install of ACS5 but now we are receiving requests from users about E_ADEPT_EXPIRED error message. We think it is mainly related with ADE 3.0 and customers in most cases are using Windows 8/8.1. Urls or acsm files are not expired but users remain receiving current message and are unable to download the books. Case is apparently affecting new installs of ADE 3.0, not updates over 2.1 version or users installing ADE 2.1 for the first time. Perhaps issue is related with users settings on Time/Date/Time Zone but we are not sure.
