I have tried this fix and it did not work for me. I still have the same problem whenever I open or edit a page with a spry tabbed panel. Only now, I also sometimes get a popup that says the WidgetDomTranslator.js has been running a long time
thanks for any help you have on this.
Thank you for this fix. So glad to know I'm not as lost as I was beginning to think!
However, if it helps, I will provide feedback on some other related problems.
I have several pages with tabbed or accordion panels and collapsable panels and am using a newsletter that I wish to send links directly to articles/content within non-default tabs or accordion panels.
I used the original tutorial from David Powers to create the links and for an accordion panel page, everything works fine - the 'live' page functions and there are no problems within DW CS3.
When I created links to a tabbed page, everything worked as far as the link and 'live' page, but gave a lot of grief within DW. Your fix has remedied that.
However, I have another tabbed page (that is actually a PHP page) with collapsable panels on the default tab, and a form to post entrys to a database on the next tab. Even with this fix, I still have trouble with the page. The collapsable panels display open, even thought they are set to default-closed, and the form contents display off the page end - below the normal page container. This problem occurs in the 'live' page or preview mode, but within DW it displays fine...?
Still working on this, but thought I would share.
Thanks again! --Jeff
